Feature Request - Category Specific Announcements

 I like the "announcement" option but I would also really like to have a function to give me announcements for specific categories as well.

One of my forums have several distinct areas of interest and sometimes I want to target just those areas as they don't apply to everyone but they do need to coverage an "announcement" receives.

This has been requested before, and hopefully it is considered for implementation. Can definitely see the benefits.
