This member has TOR and no shame. He's trolling now. Anyone knows a way to get rid of him? ISP ban. You can't ban an entire ISP with the tools you're given on ProBoards. Plus, that's ridiculous. What if he's on something like Spectrum internet (Charter Communications)? Charter is one of the largest internet providers in the US, are you going to ban literally everyone on Charter (something like 30 MILLION subscribers)? Absurd.
It wouldn't even be effective anyway, proxies and VPNs exist.
EDIT: I'm not even sure you know what TOR is from this post? Like, TOR is a browser specifically designed to conceal that information so all you can do is keep banning as he comes up, per every instance.

It's TOR. That doesn't work. Even if it DID like I said: banning literally millions of people using the same provider just to get rid of one person is ludicrous.
Not to mention there are plenty of people who aren't jerks who, for various reasons, prefer to use TOR or other private browsing tools. The only thing that can be done is just persistent banning for every account / global account this guy makes. Even if you brought this guy to the attention to PB admins, that would be their course of action too, just perhaps on a service-wide scale.

Where do the PB TOS stand on anti-Semitism? This guy has a history

Where do the PB TOS stand on anti-Semitism? This guy has a history That I can't answer, and for legal reasons the admins can't give specifics. But, the ProBoards Terms of Service and community guidelines do prohibit content that "Promotes or glorifies racial intolerance, uses hate and/or racist terms, or signifies hate towards any person or group of people;" so I'd err on the side of caution in that regard. The problem would be whether or not a global ban would or could be activated -- I would contact abuseteam@proboards.com and make a report about the user and leave it in their hands. This sort of thing is a tricky business from a legal standpoint so it's best to just make a report and let PB determine what they can do. The last time I personally knew of a global ban occurring was a really extreme circumstance that involved police reports and such already, so it was well out of PB's hands in terms of legalities.

Based on personal experience on trolls, Jean-Luc Picard? The sensible idea would be to restrict membership to only those you approve of. Just banning IPs and e-mails won't help, especially since anyone can get an e-mail account these days. Also, you can always require people to write a comment with their registration request (another good way to make sure you don't let him slip through the cracks).

Member is actively threatening to release sludge from the darkweb. Emailing abuse. Yikes. Good call. And to be quite frank the fact he posts anti-Semitic content and has resorted to this behaviour is 0% surprising. I think your actions have prevented a much bigger issue in the long run -- imagine if he has become a productive member of the community before this happened!
