As a preface, I don't have time to fill this request unfotunately, but I'm going to point out a few things that may be contributing to why no one is taking this request.

1. The title of your thread is still a "Background Logo". Even though I literally do graphic design and web development for a living, I have no idea what this meant until I read your explanation to Tumbleweed's inquiry. Someone with less graphics experience than I have isn't going to know what this means, because "background" and "logo" are two different things, and they're likely passing it over thinking they don't know how to do what you want because it's not a term they understand.

2. The images you provided don't particularly work well together. The scale of each figure is different from each other, so making a cohesive background image out of all of them that doesn't look like a cut-and-paste job is going to be very difficult.

3. The images you provided are relatively low resolution. With the number of varying monitor resolutions, images like this will not translate well to larger screens -- this is especially true because parts of the images are cut off (eg the top of eminem's head). If you don't like either of tumbleweed's attempts (the repeating background or the border background), then your only recourses are either to use background-size: cover; to make sure the background fills the space regardless of the user's screen resolution, or to have a nonrepeating fixed background -- which would mean that the fact the images are small and cut off will immediately be noticeable, especially at higher resolutions.

If it were up to me, I would avoid using images like this as a background. Backgrounds should be fairly simple, if they repeat they should repeat cleanly and clearly, and be as high of a resolution as possible (if you are using a non-repeating image).
