Take like a minute to google and you'll see they're obsolete, sorry my dude. If you play around with search terms you may be able to find a handful still up.

Mate, the solution for you is to use the RSS feed url as I stated in my first reply.

It's not perfect, but it's 'something' that works.

I see so many topics regarding SEO. Honestly from someone who does SEO on a daily basis(local or otherwise) Infact local SEO is a different kettle of fish but regarding forums, its not so important! That is my general feeling on the matter, of course it is subjective.

The reason I say this is because forums are not as authoritative as a website or blog, simply because they are considered discussion.
