How to change the link color in a post?

Hi, digitalexpress.

Add this to the bottom of Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet. As with the previous modification change the hex color in green to your preferred link color.

.posts .post .message a,
.messages .item .message a { color: #000000; }

If I wanted to change the size of the link what would I add to that line of text?

Before the closing brace at the very end you could add a font-size property like so:

.posts .post .message a,
.messages .item .message a {
    color: #000000;
    font-size: 13px;
}

Eventually I will work the system out. I just need to keep asking questions. It's slowly staring to make sense. If I was not so pushed for time I would consider participating in codecademy once more. I think it would help me grasp how this text works together behind the scenes.

Most things on the forum have a section in Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS where they can be customized, but for those that don't (or in this case for things like changing a link in a very, very specific section of the forum) a style sheet change is required.
