To clarify: Your opening post does not follow the guidelines for requesting as in request board rules, and since you already had on/off icons on the theme that displays on your forum (which no request filler can see, since you did not provide it) Scott was clarifying whether or not it was still required.

I know you're having trouble getting your requests filled but fillers still need to see the information outlined at the above link in order to decide whether or not they want to attempt their hand at it -- without a forum link immediately available, or (if they looked at your forum, like Scott did) with the presence of on/off icons already on the theme, a request filler may have assumed you already had this taken care of.

Yes, though you still need to provide the forum URL in your first post, as well as more specifics as outlined in the rules I linked to above. The one you linked to already follows your limited description -- red with black and "SWC" on them -- so what about that image is not to your liking? It seems to be exactly what you asked for, so be more descriptive.
