It's going to be another warm but nice day, it's 18c so far but according to the Met. it will hit 19c around lunchtime then drop to 11c overnight which is bearable for me.

Hot and humid here with the odd cloud here and there, all flat windows open but no breeze what so ever.

It's been hot and humid today and peaked at 25c around 13.00hrs but has dropped a wee bit now and should be cooler tonight.

A look at the week ahead... Could be worse, but still not thrilled about it. At least there aren't any 95-100 degree days like last week. Also, I like how the historic average high and low for every day is the same.

Nice weather for me just now, it's cloudy with drizzly rain and a nice cool 15c and will rise to 20c later on today.

It was 119.5 on Friday here. Right now we're thankfully back down into double digits. Until the next heat wave.

It was 119.5 on Friday here. Right now we're thankfully back down into double digits. Until the next heat wave. The hottest weather I have experienced in my time was in Australia, around 1970, it was 50c (120f) in the shade right in the middle of the Australian bush around Ballarat way (Victoria). I was working for the local council tarring roads in the outback area's of Victoria (Ballarat/Bendigo) and I was a lead flagman which meant I had to wear a yellow coat with a white helmet, I sweated my you know what's off!!!!

I went on a business trip to Saudi Arabia in 2010, it was 126f, the concrete tiles on the roof I had to work on when the telemetry dish needed to be moved was unbearable, could only be up there in 10-15 minute spurts.
