What font and what size and what color?

Ooh, lets see, for color just plain red, Font: how about just the New Roman or whatever its called.
Size: Not sure how to put it, just, Leave a little space at the bottom and top.

it still does the same thing. Tiled. I upload it in the themes and upload it as a banner image, it does it, and I also tried uploading it as the logo in the theme images,
