Hi If it is just when they are posting, it could be something they are adding to the post which is triggering that warning, but since you said it is just opening a thread too, that is unlikely. It is perhaps possible that something on their connection, or how they are accessing the forum which is triggering it. If they haven't done so already, it may be worth restarting their router, and clearing the cache and cookies [ warning that this will log them out of all websites ] in their browser to see if that improves things or not. If the problem persists, let us know.

1woodywilliams, a 403 error can also occur if the user is trying to access the forum via https rather than http. Does this member have any browser extensions like HTTPS Anywhere or such? Can the they try temporarily disabling any browser add-ons/extensions and see if they still encounter that message.
