Anything I don't have to cook myself.
PS -I don't differentiate winter/summer meals anymore except for the different seasonal vegetables.
For instance -there is nothing better than a luscious, fresh, ripe, local tomato!

A salad similar to the one below and all year round, Winter time as BEAST said, fries with steak and covered with a salad, getting hungry now.

Summertime is great for a nice cold pasta salad. Followed by pure fruit popsicles.

I suspect there might be a theme in play here.

I think I'm doing it wrong...
... your plate is TINY!! That's literally about 1/4 the size of a plate I have for any food AND I pile it. Maybe that's why I lose no weight? hmmmm

We used to create meals of fruits that were in season along with cottage cheese or yogurt. They were really nice on hot summer evenings. Haven't done that in a long time. I think I'll put that on the menu for later in the week.

I love grilling hamburgers and hot dogs outside. I don't think it's the meal so much as the ability to cook outside and enjoy the activity on beautiful days.

My cous cous salad. Easy to make:
cous cous (as much as you want, I make it in batches so usually about 250g) Vegetable stock (double the amount in ml that you use for the cous cous, so for me its 500ml) Lime juice (2tbsp for the amount I make) Balsamic Vinegar (2tbsp for the amount I make) Avocado (half) Cucumber (half) Small peppers (Bell peppers to you Americans) - half a small red and half a small yellow) Chicken (finely diced/sliced)
Stir that mutha, and then scoff like its your last meal.

I love grilling hamburgers and hot dogs outside. I don't think it's the meal so much as the ability to cook outside and enjoy the activity on beautiful days. Pretty much that. There's a lot to be said about fresh in-season produce and such but more to be said about being outdoors. Burgers and dogs are great but for me it's all about the grilled Italian or Polish sausage with peppers and onions.
