Pork in Stilton sauce with salad.

Boneless pork chops fried in butter gently.
Remove from the pan, add about half a glass of white wine, crumble in ~50g of Stilton (or similar mature blue cheese) & melt it.
Serve the chops with the salad & drizzle the sauce onto it.

Nice & light & dead easy to whip up.

Tear out the pages with all the bad news

With a lemon cream cheese sauce (dip). We also had a spinach salad.
