Guests unable to post

I have received several complaints that guests cannot post and keep getting a message that they need to agree to the privacy policy, even though they checked the box in the captcha.

Can someone please correct this glitch? Thank you.

Hi, rosenyc.

The determining factor in whether or not they receive that message is if they agree to the Privacy Policy in the box that appears at the bottom of the forum, not the checkbox beneath the captcha. Do you know if they've clicked on the Agree button within that?

After clicking on the Agree button I no longer receive the message in question and my guest post submits successfully.
