Additional field asking for guest name

Hello I was wondering if it was possible to get rid of either the top or bottom additional field of text asking for a guest name when quick replying to a thread

I am not sure why it is there and if  there is a way to remove it. Thanks so much. Here is a photo for context.

Hi, weareallone.

The second field is being used by the LazyTag plugin and was explicitly added to Themes > Layout Templates > Thread > Quick Reply by you or another staff member on your forum per its installation instructions.

This is used to tag a user rather than provide a guest name.
