Our 'recent threads' has pages of threads that are nearly 2 months old, is there a way to have a cut off point for how long  threads appear in this list?

Most sites have an 'active topics' displaying posts from the last 24 hours, is something like that possible?

Hi,

The recent threads list simply orders threads from most recently updated to least recently updated. There is no built-in feature for threads that have been updated in the last 24 hours.

so does that mean that the 'recent threads' list will show all threads as being recent even 6 months later?
If so is there nothing that can be done to limit the pages of recent threads?

The Recent Threads list will always show the most recently updated threads indiscriminately regardless of their age. There's no way to change its default behavior.

Anything updated recently that you haven't read will be marked with a "new" icon to distinguish it from content you've already read.
