New random text field appeared in quick reply?

Hello, so I posted a thread yesterday dealing with a similar problem, which was promptly fixed. I added a cloudinary file upload, and now this text field is here. You can type in it and everything but it does nothing. is there a way to remove this? I am not sure if it is related to the cloudinary plugin or not. Regardless, I disabled and messed around with some plugins and it did not get rid of the text field box. Not sure what other options I have.

Any help is highly appreciated, thank you!

This is the same text field that was mentioned yesterday along with its location.
