As per the rules of this section, it would be really great if you could credit elli with your theme in your opening post, even if it is modified! theme creators (all creators, really) deserve recognition when you use their stuff. In all honesty, I don't have too many suggestions. It's very well organised and straight forward, and I love the details you put into the theme to make it uniquely your brand, tying into your subject. The only real issue I would take is that the category "MONARCH EYES ONLY" implies that it's some sort of administrative / staff centre, when it's really the rules and whatnot of the forum. I would recommend changing the name of this category to encourage new and prospective members to look into it. To a lesser extent, the footer with the operative ID and such doesn't really make much sense to me -- what is it for, and why should it be used and explored? I suggest you make this clearer for people who are newly visiting even if it's just a link to a post where it's explained. I'd give this forum a 8/10 rating, with the missing 2 points tied into that category, and the operative ID footer.

I've also went ahead and taken your suggestion for the Monarch Category, and made it a litle more "user-friendly" for new users of the board. Additionally, the piece in the footer is really more for fans of Godzilla, as it's an iframe of a viral website for the upcoming Godzilla: King of the Monsters film. It's a "Godzilla Tracker" built by Warner Bros./Legendary that displays an archive of the giant monsters in the upcoming film and tracks Godzillas whereabouts across the planet. It's really an ongoing thing for fans of the films to track him, and it seemed like a good idea to place it in the bottom for fans to have more of a hub for all of that information.
