Move Shout Box Above The Legend

On all of my forum themes I would like the shout box to be placed above the forum's legend.
If it is possible to do that, please provide information.

Go to Admin > Structure > Layout Templates > Forum Wrapper and move $[shoutbox] to Home and from there, paste $[shoutbox] just above {if $[legend]} and save.

In that case, I think you'll need to make changes to the templates on all of your forum themes.

Going by the request in a previous thread, where and how you make these changes appears to depend on which locations your shoutbox will appear.

So perhaps the first part might be to ask if you want your shoutbox only on the home page or in other locations?

I have decided against moving the shout box.
I will consider that shout box last post plugin.
