Profile coding help

So I'm not sure where this would go but I think its a problem with my template code so I put it here. 
When logged in to an admin account, everything on member's profiles are exactly how it should be. However, when logged in to a regular member account, it looks like some tags aren't closed. But I don't understand why it would show it like that for one type of account and not all. The website is winsera.boards.net/ and I know this isn't the affilates plugin because I removed it and it is still messed up.

Hi, mysticrystal.

In Themes > Layout Templates > User Profile > Summary the following errors are currently present:

• {if $[user.social_exists]} on line 108 is missing a closing {/if} after the closing </tr> on line 118
• Lines 119 and 120 need to be swapped so that it's consistent with how the rest of the template treats table rows

Ensure you have the correct theme selected in the dropdown above the templates before making these changes.
