Dead Sight is a role play that was started nearly 15 years ago based in a alternate universe Resident Evil setting with a heavy influence of Metal Gear and Vampiric mythos added in. We have a wide range of characters from many different genres included Hellsing, Metal Gear, Resident Evil, and many others. We are not a traditional Resident Evil forum but we do use key characters such as William Birkin, Jill Valentine and at one point Albert Wesker. The forum was originally created back in 2005 as a place for friends to role play and we have remained active as a brand ever since crossing many different forums.
We know it may seem daunting to join a forum that has been open for 14 years but we are currently soft rebooting our story to start a new chapter with new stories while still having tie ins to the old story for our existing members.

TL;DR a condensed history
In 2005 Umbrella unleashed an outbreak across America that soon spread to the world. A group of people aided by outside organizations and the remains of the government eventually stopped Umbrella in 2007. By 2015 the world was a Wasteland and beginning to rebuild with Umbrella next showed its face for the next five years a small ground war was fought against experiments of Umbrella and the resistance organizations until the death of President George Sears in 2020 causing Umbrella to take the position as the leaders of the American North East until 2022. By 2025 Umbrella had lost many of its top agents like Albert Wesker and began its final move for power but they were stopped in 2026. For the last four years things have been relatively peaceful. By 2029 B.O.W.s (bio-weapons or Bio-altered persons) have been oppressed by the government and a resistance has formed to oppose them.

You will be added to a group with <your name>'s NPCs, and only you can use your NPC profile and this Icon
will appear on your posts to switch to your NPC. Your NPC profile can be set up with a 200x200 avatar, Group Name, and will be in its own category to include all of your NPCs.
