I liked the style of your forum, however it did seem a little unorganized to me. It took me a min to find the rules, and when I found the guidebook, I was overwhelmed with lots of reading.
I saw the dictionary, which contained the dog's words for other things, I believe? For me that was overwhelming as well, if I was a potential member.

However, it did seem very interesting and fun for your members! With things to look forwards to when being active and ranking up, like more characters, adult dogs, etc, from what I saw. It is a little intimidating for new members, making it seem like they start out so little and small.

However, I did like you put the gang leaders on the main page - it definitely gives members things to look forward to (like being a leader on the main page).

I also liked the dog on the hill overlooking the city alot. Gave it a personal touch!

1- I would suggest you close down the Discord. It will damage the activity levels of your forum as users will prefer to post in the Discord than on the forums. Your site should have only one means of communication which is the forum. I just checked you have 4 active users on Discord but none on the forums.

2- The text on the banner is obscuring the dog's face and reducing the appeal of the banner. The text needs to be put in a better position.

3- You should give each dog gang a usergroup colour because right now you cannot tell which user belongs to which gang at a glance.

I'm on mobile currently so this is a quick check, but one thing I noticed right away is that your color scheme in mobile view is very strange and doesn't reflect the site when desktop view is toggled. With the same vein of things some of the write-up styles you have aren't completely viewable when on the mobile platform. While I would suggest you just turn off the mobile view of the site, the desktop view is also rather hard to use on phone.

Other than that, I notice with a brief once-over you have activity checks, which this may be my personal opinion but I feel that could be detrimental to attracting new members. Many people can be gone for long stretches of time or just don't check sites all that often. By warning character/account deletion even in the description of that board it will detract many people.

Thanks for the advice! I've never thought to check out what my mobile view looks like. I will be looking into that.

Is navigation simple enough? How easy is it for you to find anything?
Navigating is pretty good and I can find my way around pretty easily. It also helps that you don't have too many boards on the main page so it's easy to scroll.
Lore and packs engaging?
Yes.
Advertisements eye catching? Yes, and it's good to have activity because if your posts are all other people's advertisements it can create the look that your forum is dead. 

Graphics/layout eye catching?
It's very eye catching. I like the theme and the colors go well with one another.
Anything else? Good luck with your forum.
