Add taco meat and you have what is called a Frito Boat. And you are right, beyond awesome. Also, bad idea to eat late at night, the heartburn is killer.

I had two “beef tacos” (steak burritos) from a Chinese restaurant tonight. While I’m confident I will end up regretting that decision at some point during the night, I would have to be talked off of a ledge if anyone so much as suggested to me that I maybe shouldn’t do that ever again. When I one day have a major coronary episode, I will make the ambulance wait while I finish my chili cheese nachos. Otherwise, what is the point of all this living?
