Hello.

The look may have something to do with it. It's hard to read the board descriptions with the different shades of blue unless you scroll over it. When just starting out you have to make a lot of activity yourself to get anything moving. It may also be a good idea to change the new/old icons as default icons can be unappealing to guests.
