Design: I would love if it had a US flag incorporated into it, but I am currently unable to provide one.  Otherwise, just a simple banner that I can use for affiliate purposes

Hi James

The 88px x 31px canvas is rather small to display a flag and it looks busy as a background for text so I made a few images as choices. For the image with a flag, I didn't include text but you can have that displayed when someone hovers over it, by using a title in the html for the affiliate code.

Here's an example of the title being used in the html with the flag image:
