Right now I'm not testing anything code wise and just maybe, staff of ProBoards can best explain the do or do not use of php coding.

What you have posted there is a php script hosted and executed at 100widgets.com (not Proboards). How does PHP Work?

If the other site is setup to process and serve PHP then sure, Proboards servers however are not configured to process PHP. There is nothing stopping you from putting your own forum and members at risk by placing your trust in a code hosted on a server not directly under your control, putting it in a plugin that has to be reviewed however probably would not fly.
