Looking for April fools plugins I can use.

I am looking for a plugin that would make everything on the page act randomly, for instance, inverting itself every second, changing colors from black to white, turning all text into hieroglyphics and back, or something like that. Those are just suggestions of what I want, and whatever you think would be easiest would work great!

As I am not skilled enough nor have the patients in the coding industry, finding this board has saved me lol. 

If anyone could make anything even remotely close to the two plugins I have suggested, I would be in debt to you guys!

Just an FYI to anyone who takes on this request:

I forget exactly how it went, but a few years back I tested a plugin idea similar to some of these suggestions and the effect I chose ended up with me apologizing to a user over PM for accidentally making them feel ill.

Choose your effects carefully and be wary of any that may be visually distressing or nausea-inducing.
