Requesting a plugin that automatically deletes file attachments to posts after a specified time from the upload date / timestamp of the post.
Additionally, an ability to restrict file attachments to a specified file extension (.WAD .LMP and .PK3 in my case)
And if possible, administrative ability to allow/disable forum post attachments to specified subforums.

It's definitely worth mentioning that plugins are terrible at restricting functionality. Plugins are composed of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. All three of these languages are client-side, meaning they run in the user's browser after the page has already loaded with all of the features you're attempting to restrict already available. This also means that the plugin running at all is entirely at the mercy of that user's browser configuration. It's incredibly easy for a user to prevent their browser from running a plugin if they know how to do it. The only true way to enforce a restriction on the forum is if that restriction is built into the actual forum settings since those checks are handled server-side. Ignoring the above... Additionally, an ability to restrict file attachments to a specified file extension (.WAD .LMP and .PK3 in my case) File upload inputs already have file type restrictions built in, but I think the plugin would still have to find a way to delay the event that runs when a file is selected since the file is uploaded the moment you select it. And if possible, administrative ability to allow/disable forum post attachments to specified subforums. A plugin could hide the Add Attachment button on the boards or sub-boards of your choosing, but that's about it. I'm pretty sure the reason this isn't already a feature is because you could just host the file elsewhere and include it in your post with the various options available in the editor. Requesting a plugin that automatically deletes file attachments to posts after a specified time from the upload date / timestamp of the post. It's not possible for a plugin to achieve this. Plugins do not have access to the forum database.
