Hi,
I would like a plugin that makes a resource manager. In other words, a plugin that creates a page in which you can upload content to make possible that other people download it.
Example screenshot page:
I know this is very hard, since you need to code like a full website. I hope it's possible to make it and I will appreciate and thank a lot if this idea come true.
Thanks for your time.

I am pretty sure something could potentially be coded to work like ZenForo's Resource Manager, but the current issue I see with it, involves where the files are uploaded to.
Part one of issue: If the files are uploaded to the forum, the plugin would have to work in conjunction with the posting creation page; other than theme and plugin related, things cannot be uploaded to the forum, except through the creation of a post.
Part Two of Issue: If the files are uploaded elsewhere, it would need to be a place where you have the ability to define how things are uploaded, and who has access to it (ex, guests not being able to download the files that people want to upload to the manager).
So to clarify: It wouldn't be too difficult to create a plugin that has the same appearance and feel of the resource manager like the one you have pictured, but the hardest part of it is figuring how to get it to work with the host of the files, where it would be uploaded to. If you have your own web hosting space you can use, then the plugin could be tailored to work with it.

How about, for example, Google Drive as storage? Or Cloudinary which has a plugin?
