Hello, I am currently filtering two boards on a forum whenever I browse recent threads by typing this URL: efour.proboards.com/threads/recent?filters[]=board_id:except:10,13 Is there a way to hide those boards across my entire forum experience regardless of if I open a new tab or page? Just have them never show up on the forum site? Alternatively, is there a plugin so that if I click the 'new topics' bar on this forum, it will redirect to the link I posted, so I won't have to type it in every time? I have searched but can't find an answer. Thanks very much!

Is there a way to hide those boards across my entire forum experience regardless of if I open a new tab or page? Just have them never show up on the forum site? Are you the owner of that forum? If so, you can easily manage who can see those boards by a combination of board permissions and member groups. That would be much easier and more flexible than a plugin.

Would I be able to request to the owner to be not given board permission to those threads so they don't show up, even if they are public to all?

qwachansey , only the owner of a forum (or a staff member on that forum with the necessary powers) would be able to change board permission settings, create groups, install plugins, etc. Would I be able to request to the owner to be not given board permission to those threads so they don't show up, even if they are public to all? You certainly could log into that forum, send a PM to the owner, and politely request they make provisions for members opting out of certain boards. If they need help with the process, they could create a thread and get assistance from someone here on the Support Forum.
Of course they're not obligated in any way to do so, but it won't hurt to ask.
