Forum URL: vintagecaravans.proboards.com/Hi, We currently can’t use the ‘Attachment’ facility on our forum because the messages tell us that we’ve exceeded our allowed space by 52 MB. Some time ago I went through and deleted all the old attachments, and the list of files now shows as blank as shown below. However, it still shows us as having 252/200 MB of attachments. Is there something I’ve missed? Are there attachments still on the forum that I can’t see and/or delete? If you can let me know that will be really helpful. By the way I’ve turned off ‘Enable Attachments’ because nobody can attach anything at the moment because of the ‘exceeded allowance’ problem. Thanks for your help, Richard D for the admin team of the Vintage Caravans forum

You can purchase extra storage is one option.
Another option if you have been using the add attachment feature to post images, then it might be preferable to use an external hosting site and post the relevant code from there to include the image in a post.

Hi Richard I will tag Scott to take a look at this for you. It is a holiday weekend, so it may not be until tuesday that you see a reply, but he does check in over the weekend so will hopefully reply before then and see why the space is still being exceeded.

vintagedon49, after looking into this, I'm perplexed. I've report this to our systems team to investigate the issue.

Thanks Scott. That’s wonderful. I know that we have the option of increasing our storage space, which we may take up when needed, but I just couldn’t work out why we still had a problem when I’d deleted everything I could. Regards and thanks again, Richard D
