Notifications via email stopped working

Everything was working up till yesterday. I have un ticked all my boxes to never , then re ticked back to instant. Please can you advise if there is a problem your end ?

Tinkerbell, just an FYI, the checkboxes are for on-forum (bubble) notifications, where the dropdown selectors are for email notifications. The checkboxes do not affect email notifications.
