Honestly, seeing what this administration is doing, if Trump is re-elected, I can almost guarantee that they'll go on. He'll use it as his victory lap. My Republican friends are already on the "this is all just a political hoax and we won't see or hear anything about it after November" bandwagon. If Biden wins, there's less liklihood that they will happen, but I believe that one is a 'wait and see' situation.
