broken image not going away

hi me again. theres a broken image on my home page that i cant find in any of the code :')
i can remove it via inspect element but when i go to the actual theme code itself i cant find it anywhere

I suspect the coding for that image might be in your Global Header. (I can see it on other pages of your forum, not just Home.)

From your Admin panel, navigate:
Admin Home> Structure> Headers & Footers> and remain on the Manage tab.

Click on the listing for Global Header & Footer.
Inspect the contents of the textarea for Header and look to see if this is in there:
<img src="https://id5.res.netease.com/pc/fab/20180328150633/img/bg1_22cd329.jpg" class="center" width="1500" height="400">

It's possible that image host doesn't support hotlinking. You may need to use a different third-party image host, OR you could upload that image as a Theme Image.
