How's the tos work when it comes to semi-adult jokes that involve sexual humor? Should all that be avoided completely and considered "filth" and "pornographic" ?

If it were my site, I would ask myself, would I let my 12 year old Daughter see it. I f no, then don't allow it.

Leaving any infringement of TOS aside for a moment, it is a judgement call.
If you know your members, then a bit of adult humour might be ok,in the same way that watching tv after the watershed might be ok,but if one person finds it objectionable then the line could have been stepped over.
Could be all day debating the rights and wrongs, are you going to monitor everything though? You have to allow some freedom of expression ,or it all becomes very sterile.
This is just my opinion.
But then again you agree to the TOS when you sign up.
I doubt you will ever get a definitive answer to your question.

I follow the pg13 rule. If it's a rated R joke, I wouldn't post it. I know that's vague and only makes sense in terms of USA movie/tv ratings, but it's what I use.
Same with RP sites that shouldn't describe sexual scenarios.
I think you can mention sex when it has to do with pregnancy and biology.

A long time ago I was told to avoid sexually vulgar jokes, but that cursing in jokes was ok. This might not have a black and white answer, but if you wouldn't have a 12 y/o read the joke in school, it probably shouldn't be on your forum.

Someone famously said about porn, "I know it when I see it." But to be honest its a lot simpler than that when it comes to content posted on ProBoards.
The question you should be asking yourself is:
Is the purpose of this content to explicitly depict a sexual act?
PB / the ToS isn't here to be the purity police. They're not going to be looking at your content with a microscope to be like, aha, this person said something that maybe references sex SHAME ON THEM ban time!!!
What they're going to do is look at intent. Is the joke vulgar and sexually explicit? Could the joke be told in the company of people as young as 13? Is the joke constructed in such a way that it is clearly meant to explicitly depict a sexual act?
Use your best judgement. I expect that you know where the line is when a joke is inappropriate, but if not always err on the side of caution. PB assumes that you, as an admin, are paying attention to content and operates on good faith. Even if someone posted something inappropriate, they'd probably send you a warning first to take it down as opposed to deleting your forum for a ToS violation.
TBH I wouldn't worry about it. You know your audience and you know when content is sexually explicit / has the purpose of describing a sex act in detail, even when it's just jokes.
