Anyone You Haven't Seen?

For certain people the Covid restrictions are horrible.  For instance, in Connecticut anyone in a nursing home cannot have visitors unless they are dying or it is a window or telephone visit. Since my mother is in a nursing home and is deaf and refuses to go to a window (she cannot get out of bed) I haven't seen her in a little more than 7 months.  I've only talked to her through a home worker, once. Up until these past couple of weeks we haven't even been able to send a card, note or flowers.

So is there anyone you haven't been able to see (in person) since this damned mess started?

Hmm...this Bunny has not seen his PKMN Go Group in a while.

Since he was in school out of state, he only was able to look at GroupMe (we used it to coordinate raids and meet-up in person) in order to moderate and make sure drama was controlled. However, after COVID we had to make sure there were some regulations such as everyone staying in their cars and communicating from a distance. It was becoming quite tedious since we wanted the community of speaking to one another.

Plus, there were members in our group that were fifty and above, so we had to be extra lenient about this. This bunny was sad since all these people were his only friends he intensely spent time with.

Honestly, almost everyone. I've seen one person, my best fried, a few times since March, and that's it. It makes me realize how social I actually was. It does not feel good at all.

Since I'm the person who checks temperatures and makes sure you're wearing a mask at the hospital, I swear I've seen the entire population of this town.

I haven't seen my parents, and because of the nature of my job, I can't risk going to see them in case I'm an asymptomatic carrier.

We haven't gone to see family at all. I did go to a funeral, but no one else did. It's taking a toll on the boys not to see their family. School has started so they see friends, but even that is different now too.

There are a couple family members I haven't seen, since before the Covid outbreak. If it didn't happen, we probably would have done a few family outings with those family members this year.

There's a friend of mine whom I have not seen in almost 2 months, due to the fact that you can never be too careful with what our country is dealing with in regards to COVID.
