What is your go-to when stressed? I love my forum friends, but sometimes I just need to be alone with a warm blanket, chamomile tea, and a good Netflix film.

Generally, it's reading.
Depending on what is stressing me, it can be walks, playing with my boys, or just relaxing/watching TV. But as a generic overall stress relief, it's always been reading.

For me, it has generally been just going out and enjoying a good walk, and a quiet place to sit.

I deal with the source of stress head-on until it's either resolved or no longer bothers me.

Reading one of my 'comfort' books, petting one of my five cats, and a single glass of wine.
Or (what the heck) if the stress is overwhelming, then a nice little sedative!!! LOL!

Sitting down after events, and taking time to clear my head with some TV works well for me, usually.

What is your go-to when stressed? I love my forum friends, but sometimes I just need to be alone with a warm blanket, chamomile tea, and a good Netflix film. If I get stressed out. I just watch how I am breathing. Usually its shallow and not breathing at all. I immediately take some deep breaths, several in fact and as I do I release all my tensions with my out breaths. Usually does it. If I'm still feeling a little jittery. Put on some nice relaxing music or sounds that are peaceful and try to meditate. Edward76

I usually start with some uplifting music. If that fails, I move to creating crafty stuff. If that fails, I play with my dogs (which almost always works) and if that fails, I move to a really hot bath with some lavender or rose scented Epsom salts and then cuddle up in bed with the doggies.

edward76 People take for granted breathing & don't realize how deep belly breathing can literally open up the body & mind.
