Display Choice Of "Bookmark" Where "Home" "Admin" "Profile"

A member asked today that I display "Bookmark"  as a choice in the area where "Home", "Profile", etc., are shown, so I went and checked it to be displayed and it did not show up.

Doing a little more investigation on this, I tried to display "Bookmarks" on two test forums with no luck either.  So how can I get that to work?

this might be silly but do you have bookmarked threads? if i recall it won't show without anything bookmarked

Hmmm...okay.   So I went to a random thread and bookmarked it as a test, and it showed up!  That was the problem!  None had been bookmarked! Thank you so much for answering my question!
