Contribute to ProBoards (and get rewards!)

Can you take a look at my account, nero1? 
After I contributed, I have unlinked this account from the global account and linked it to another global account... the problem I encounter, is that the  reward inventory is now empty...
The forum in contributor list is taylorswift.boards.net lol, should be taylor.boards.net 
Oh well, if you can fix it, great... if not, not a big problem.

Glad I could help, the rewards would be a nice extra, but I can live without them

Hi to all that have helped proboards out many thanks but most important Patrick Clinger staff i tried to make a donation but was getting this popup message saying

no such product: 'prod_HU6wHSwwrKggat'; a similar object exists in test mode, but a live mode key was used to make this request. please help

Could you PM me what you were trying to purchase when the error occurred? I may not be able to resolve the issue right now (see the sticky on Support for more information) but I'm sure we can correct whatever the issue is eventually.

The rewards are tied to your global account and can only be gifted to your accounts tied to your global account.

I should be able to change the forum associated with your contribution in the future (if that is what you'd like) but at the moment I don't have that ability (see the sticky in support).

Follow up to this issue:

There appears to be an issue with making the contribution from www.proboards.com/contribute/rewards HOWEVER if you make the contribution on www.proboards.com/contribute there is no issue.

While we can't fix this at this exact moment we will fix this as soon as we can!

Edit: This should now be fixed!

I made the contribution with this nero1 account (was linked to global account1), I unlinked nero1 from (global account1) and linked it to (global account2) (rewards were gone).

When I saw your answer, I unlinked nero1 from (global account2) and linked it back to (global account1)... My reward inventory is currently "still" empty. --> www.proboards.com/contribute/rewards .

And yep, please change the forum to taylor.boards.net (the one it's linked to now is our test forum).  

But take your time, wanted to help... the rewards can wait!!!!

Hello, I went ahead and purchased one of the plans and have not received anything about it yet. I checked my bank account info and it shows that the purchase went through, but I have not received my badges or anything else. Help?
