Hi Everyone!
As some of you are undoubtedly already aware there is a significant and out of control wildfire in Orange County today. As a result many of our team members have been forced to evacuate their homes and the ProBoards Office. We do not yet know how this will impact our day-to-day operations.
Consequently there will be some delays in resolutions for support issues and there may be delays in other areas depending on our ability to work from other locations. If you are waiting on a resolution for an issue, we thank you for your patience and understanding.
I will update this thread further when I know more.
And, as always, thank you for using ProBoards.

Hi Everyone,
As more of our employees (and the area of the PB Office) have been placed under mandatory evacuation I can say there will definitely be delays with regards to resolving various support issues.
The fires are moving very quickly and I will update this thread as I have more information.

Hi Everyone,
A quick update. While the fires are still raging and the future cannot be known, so far both houses, and the PB office have been spared. While employees still cannot return to their homes (and more are likely to be evacuated sometime today) we'll keep working to the best of our ability with slightly more limited resources than usual.
Our deepest thanks to all of the firefighters and first responders who have worked so hard to keep people safe.

I have been monitoring this fire as it is near my hometown of Mission Viejo. I did not realize Proboards was headquartered there. You all have my prayers and good wishes that your homes survive. Please stay safe.

Hi Everyone,
While some mandatory evacuation areas have had their restrictions lifted many staff members have not yet been able to return to their homes. As a result we're continuing to operate in a slightly more limited manner than usual and there may be delays in resolving some support issues. If you are waiting on a resolution to an issue we will get to it as soon as we are able.
Thank you to all of the firefighters, first responders, new ProBoards Contributors, ProBoards Members, and general well wishers. I hope you're all staying safe and healthy!

Hi Everyone,
Good news! All of our employees are back in their homes and most evacuation orders have been lifted. We're starting to work through our backlog of things but I anticipate we should be caught up on most support-related matters by the end of the day.
Thank you everyone for your patience!
