So I tried to google but couldn't really find an answer outside of a Javascript API. Is there a public API where an admin of a forum can query information per user? For example, get a list of users and then take a user id or username and get specific user information?
I've worked with API's for Bungie, for example, so wondering if there was something I could use to query information on my forum.

Nope, the only information available for access is in the JS API. You could get more info from template variables if you output them as JS on the page, but nothing of the caliber you're looking for.

The members page shows a lot of information on users in one place. If you need to know more about user key data, key permissions, or plugin settings on a "per page" basis I developed an easy tool for that.
