ProBoards Contributor Updates!

Hello Contributors and Happy (almost) New Year!

While you may have already seen the announcement that ProBoards v6 Beta is now live for all PB Contributors there are other updates worth mentioning as well!

Those of you who contributed to a Gold or higher tier level will now see additional rewards on the Manage Rewards page. You'll find Postcard and Video Call rewards with related scheduling and address information under the info button for each reward alongside your beta access.

Additionally badge rewards now have names and tooltips that can be hovered over to indicate if a badge is re-giftable or has an action.

Is there a place we can view what the V6 looks like without having to create our own V6 forum?
I'd like to save that opportunity for the right timing.

Edit your profile here and select the V6 theme from your Settings.

I just had a look and it's not on mine. 
it only goes up to V5.

My apologies - I forgot a step. Go to your Profile here and click the Groups tab. You should see a Group named V6 Alpha Tester. Join that group, then the V6 theme should show up for you in Profile > Edit Profile > Settings (tab). Scroll down to Forum Theme and it should now be in the dropdown list.

You forgot to join the v6 Beta group first.


I have added you to the group now so you should be able to see the v6 theme in your drop down.
