liquinn, you cannot reset a member's password. However they can do themselves. When logging in, where the password field is, there is a link "Forgot your password" Have them click that and follow the instructions.

Ah. I could delete their account and re-create one for them? You could delete their account on your forum, but this would not delete their global account so they would run in to the same problem if they wanted to use the same email account. The best thing to do would be for them to run a password reset as Scott instructed above. If they run in to any problems, if you could get the error they receive, we should be able to help.

Ah. I could delete their account and re-create one for them? No. You cannot create an account for anyone, as that would be a Terms of Service violation.
