I remember years ago when this was an absolute hive of activity, I remember a few times if I posted, by the time I finished reading a few replies, the threat would be on page 2 a few minutes later.

Unfortunately I think the age of forums is done. As older members have left or become infrequent posters, newer members have not really been sticking around to replace them. I remember when GT was almost like a chat room because the replies were so rapid. Now I probably see the same stuff on page 1 for weeks at a time.

I remember when GT was almost like a chat room because the replies were so rapid. Now I probably see the same stuff on page 1 for weeks at a time. Forums are still thriving it's the category of the specific forum or what content is on it. I'm on one with 452k members and a lot are super active. It would be nice to see support higher admins that are just in charge of filling users code requests and graphics instead of leaving it up to a individuals. I believe back in the day it was quicker to get that done and user appreciating it leading to more activity in GT. |

I remember when I sometimes had to wait hours for my parents to get off the family computer so I could get on and visit GT. And hopefully they wouldn't need to use the phone at the time...
