Cannot login to the Admin account on my forum

I just created the forum, and I cannot login into the Admin account on my forum. Is there a way to solve this?

What is the problem you are encountering when attempting to login? Are you getting an error message at all?

Note: You should be using admin or your email address as the username to login.

Hi,

Make sure you're completely logged out and then try logging in on ProBoards.com and navigating to the forum from your dashboard.
