I collect playing cards and keychains. It started when I was a kid and going on vacation. I realized these items were available at tourist sites and inexpensive enough that my parents had no problem letting me get as souvenirs. It just continued as an adult for the same reasons (plus they're non-bulking items when traveling).

In real life I don't collect much. I'm happily collecting all the snowballs here though when I can. Shame they go away in spring.
