Monthly food services eg; hello fresh

I've been deabating on trying some of these for a minute, mostly hello fresh. Since I live alone I think it'd be a great way for myself to try out new things. Though 2 servings per meal for 4 days out of the week doesn't sound bad, I could probably make the portions last a solid week straight. But let's say $50 per week ends up being $200 monthly per grocery store that's around what I spend at the store monthly anyway.

I've been watching YouTube reviews of services and what not so can anyone from experience which one's they choose.

We tried a bunch of them. Some required soooooo many dishes/pans and the cleanup afterwards was insane. Others had damaged products (spills, wilted greens, etc), and some required a lot of time prepping and cooking. Make sure you’re prepared to read the instructions fully before you start cooking, as some of them don’t tell you until later that you needed to already cook the pasta or that you have to marinate something for a couple of hours. In addition, the wasteful plastic packaging was off putting to me.

They don't send you much food from my experience. Couldn't feed a large family like mine
