Looking for a plugin that will allow me to add information to a profile based on category assignments.
Aka, let's say I make categories.
Category 1
Category 2
Category 3
If I assign a member's profile to Category 1, then I want an html snippet I can add in. I only want the admin to be able to do this. I don't want members to have any control over this at all.
If I assign a member to category 1 and category 3, then the information for 1 and 3 will appear. Multiple members need to be able to assigned to multiple categories.
I want this to be able to be placed into the profile (layout template) via a class or id.
Must be able to add categories myself and assign myself. so plugin settings should have a section for category naming.
Must have a key attached for information storage.

and an html section for input to allow me to add the information that will appear if they are in that category. Not very dissimilar to "mychecklist" without the checklist by @Pastuleo23
