I am having trouble uploading my pictures/banners -help!

when I try to change my heading with new pictures/banners, it prompts me to go to file storage, but what do I need to do or add, please?

This sounds like (maybe) you are at your limit for theme storage? If you post a link to your forum, I'll notify one of the ProBoards Admins and they can investigate the situation.
