I'm a huge horror fan and both my wife and I love film noir.
Some that I/we have watched many times...
Creepshow
The Postman Always Rings Twice (1946)
The Picture of Dorian Gray (1945)
Double Indemnity (1944)
The Thing
In the Mouth of Madness
Hellraiser
A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984)
Cat on a Hot Tin Roof
We also like the older Doris Day movies from the 60s...
Send Me No Flowers
Pillow Talk
That Touch of Mink
Many more, mostly horror. But the wife has introduced me to some great ones over the years.

I rarely rewatch movies, but here are the ones I've seen at least 3 times:
Airplane! Amelie Duck Soup Monty Python and the Holy Grail Murder by Death The Room Terminator 2: Judgment Day This Is Spinal Tap Troll 2 What We Do in the Shadows Young Fronkensteen Frankenstein
And to answer the question you haven't asked yet, this list is in alphabetical order because I made it by scrolling through my IMDB favorites list, which is sorted alphabetically.

The NeverEnding Story is probably a movie I have gone back to a lot throughout the years and is probably my favorite movie. Another film I'm able to watch again and again is a Christian movie called Courageous about police officers who take an oath to become better fathers. I have both movies on DVD.
