Pineapple on pizza?

Had a few arguments with Dominos pizza staff over their silly computer system.

A few years ago it went -

Staff: Name.
Me: Danger Mouse.
Staff: Phone number.
Me: I'm not giving you my number.
Staff: I can't complete the transaction otherwise.
Me: I'm paying in cash and I'm sitting just there.
Staff: We still need your number.
Me: ••••• ••••••
Staff: That's our number.
Me: Well I'm fr#%£ing here aren't I.

Tend to make my own these days. On the boat a heavy, flat skillet and blowtorch makes up for the lack of pizza oven. Definitely no pineapples are injured in the making.

I do not personally like it. I'm not a person that likes a clash of flavors (like, sweet and salty, I can't do), but it's also a texture thing. When I eat pizza, it's always just cheese, sauce, pepperoni. So everything is basically flat, for lack of better word. Pineapple is usually chunks, and that just throws off everything.

To each their own, I don't think I:d ever fight someone beyond relaying that I think it's gross, but people can put whatever they want on their own personal pizzas

I have never put pineapple on pizza so I have no idea what it taste like. I'm curious now. I might try this if I have the materials around me. But I'm flat out broke right now and don't have money to get either pizza or pineapple. I personally like beef pizza from Pizza Hut and stuffed crust.

I tried some Hawaiian pizza recently, and it was OK. I don't really get what all the fuss is about, positive or negative. To be honest, I thought the ham was much more noticeable and enhanced the pizza more than the pineapple did. The pineapple was just kinda there and I barely even tasted it.

Well in little Italy their was this group of people called the pinNazias that hated the idea of pineapple living with red sauce on bread and cheese. The rest is elementary learning level history class.

Pineapple on Pizza is fine if I eat other stuff along with it. Like how Hawaiian pizza has other meat on it.

I also could never stand the taste of pineapple pizza. The pizza sauce and crust added to the pineapple and the juice just doesn't mix well at all.

I don't like pineapple that much anyways, even normally, I just despise the taste and especially the pit, mostly the pit.


What I hate most about pineapple pizza, is that you are pretty much just dumping juice on your pizza, it ruins it.

It's like mixing strawberry's and grapes with your top ramen, it's disgusting and just doesn't mix!

Of course that's only my opinion though, if you like it, keep going.
