Hi
Whenever I visit any PB forum I am forever getting page unresponsive. I can post once then I get the message again. I have to keep refreshing page. I cleared my cookies and cache thinking that would solve it but still getting the message. this has been happening since yesterday.

Hey Catsmother If it's happening on most pages, are you using any extensions in the browser that may be the cause? To test, open up an incognito version of your browser, and see if the problem persists. If the problem is still there, do you know of any changes that have occurred that coincide with the problem appearing?

Hi Craig. Seems to work when I switch to incognito. Not added any extensions.

@catsmother, what browser are you using? And can you make sure it is updated to the latest version.

Sometimes, slow Internet connection (depending on the time of the day) or too many open tabs can cause frequent unresponsive-page messages. Also, if you have multiple browsers open (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc). Besides keeping up with updates (browser, OS), close some tabs and/or browsers.

@catsmother, do you have a different browser to use and see if you encounter the same issue?

Sounds like it may be an extension causing a conflict of sorts. It may be the extension got an update yesterday.
Click on the three dots in the top right of chrome, then > more tools > extensions
Do you see any extensions there that shouldn't be there, or you didn't add? Try disabling them and see if the problem persists, and then enable them again but a couple at a time checking which one is causing it.
